Project Management System
We have a sophisticated Project Management System that is specially curated for creators. Here, the goals are defined by the Chief Experience Officer (CXO). The main input comes in from the CEO while the marketing team takes care of Quality Assurance. This gives our end users the best experience possible.
This system is based on priorities instead of timelines. The assignee gets 40 hours per week worth of tasks assigned to them and they in turn commit themselves to the tasks in the pool based on judgment and priority. They are also required to set a confidence level to finish the task on a scale of 1 to 10. On successful completion of weekly goals the creators are incentivized or penalized corresponding to the confidence level of the commitment given.
